Journey to Peace

This channel provides a place to be still and focus whether it's for a minute or 20 minutes, whether it's practicing traditional meditation or practicing becoming more mindful in our every day lives. Whether you are here to relieve stress and anxiety in your life or you just want to carve out time to focus on you, everybody is welcome and there is a meditation for everyone! 

Each meditation will be accompanied by the science behind what is happening in our brains when we meditate with the hope that this approach will demystify meditation so that more people can benefit from the positive affects it has on our minds and our bodies.
