As a Self-Awareness Coach, I walked the path of reinvention many times over.  Aligning with the depths of who I truly am, relieved me of the emotional chaos that challenged my every day life.  I now guide high-achieving midlife women through their emotional chaos so they reconnect with their soul-level desires. Resulting in living from Soul not Survival.

Through my signature system, Seasons of the Soul®, I blend creative inquiry, energy work, and deep awareness practices to break patterns and awaken true identity.  When women feel safe, they rise to meet themselves.  This is the internal work necessary to bring dreams into reality, and feel whole and satisfied on our own terms.
