The Art of Living with Josephine and James

We're Josephine and James. We both come from a background of theatre and in that world we have worked together on numerous projects. Co-actors, directors, producers. Creatives.

We've been together for over 30 years (!!!) and in that time we've gone through a thing or two. We've worked through co-dependency, stagnation, and reinvention. 

Through everything we have looked for the meaning behind it all. 'Why is this happening?' has been our thread. 

As our exploration of meaning has gone deeper, we have realised the value of going within. Of asking the right questions about ourselves and our world. 

This has led us to a deeper spiritual connection and mystical experiences. We view life as something more than physical. We recognise that our soul is on its own journey and the more we listen to its nudges, the more in flow our lives are. 

We started our business Energy Field Healing as a way to guide people in the art of meeting themselves in the tangle of their lives.
