Well Rooted Wellbeing with Joseph-Alexandre

Hi everyone, my name is Joseph-Alexandre Darrous and I am a Relational Support Counselor (Thérapeute en relation d’aide) here in Québec.

I am certified through Groupe RITMA, member number 9715.  I am also a designated naturotherapist with the Association of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada as a Reiki practitioner.  I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a background in special education. 

In my practice, I accompany adults, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges.
My areas of interest include grief, healthy boundaries, no-contact or low-contact dynamics between adult children and parents, neurodiversity, and coming to terms with homosexuality and queerness.
