Dan Jones | Penticton Real Estate

I'm Dan Jones, a REALTOR with Royal LePage Locations West Realty in Penticton, BC. I was a Red Seal carpenter for twenty-four years before I started selling homes in 2004, so when I walk through a house I'll tell you what's wrong with it, too.

This channel is for anyone thinking about moving to, retiring in or downsizing in Penticton and the South Okanagan.

I cover what it actually costs to live here, what each neighbourhood and building is like, and what a house is really going to need once you own it.

Serving Penticton, Naramata, Summerland, Okanagan Falls, Kaleden and Oliver.
