Jonathan Butler | My Fit Mind

Change Your Mind. Change Your Possibilities..

What if the thing holding you back isn't your ability, but the way your mind has learned to respond?

I'm Jonathan Butler — an award-winning Clinical Hypnotherapist, Senior RTT Therapist, author and founder of My Fit Mind.

Among the first therapists trained by Marisa Peer in 2018, I've practised RTT full-time ever since, helping over 3,000 clients across 40+ countries overcome anxiety, build confidence and change limiting beliefs and unwanted habits.

Here you'll discover hypnosis demonstrations, practical self-hypnosis techniques and insights into how your mind works — and how to use it to feel better, achieve more and perform at your best.

I'm also the creator of Situational Hypnosis, drawing on my therapy experience and 25+ years in international business leadership helping people and organisations perform to their potential.
