Jon McSwain - Pagosa Springs Real Estate

If you're thinking about moving to Pagosa Springs, buying a home, or just wanting to explore this Colorado mountain town, this channel is built for you.

My goal is simple: to give you the most honest, helpful, and down-to-earth look at Pagosa Springs on YouTube.

Hey y’all — I’m Jon McSwain, Navy Veteran, husband, father of four, grandfather, fisherman, and a Colorado Realtor with eXp Realty. I help people understand what life in Pagosa Springs really feels like — the homes, the neighborhoods, the outdoors, and the everyday moments that make this mountain town special.

My family moved here from Texas in 2001, and for 20 years I served the community as a farrier before becoming a Realtor. I know these mountains, these roads, and this lifestyle because I’ve lived it.

You’ll find: Talking Pagosa Springs episodes, community tours, cost of living, pros & cons, things to do, outdoor life, what’s new and upcoming, and luxury, farm, and ranch tours.
