John Kelly | Inhale Exhale

Inhale Exhale is a space for learning how to let go through awareness, feeling, and the breath. This work is based on the understanding that much of our emotional struggle comes from resisting inner experience. Rather than trying to fix or change what we feel, this channel invites a slower and more honest way of being with what’s present.

Letting go is about changing how we relate to emotions so they can naturally soften and move. Breathwork supports this process by regulating the nervous system, bringing awareness into the body, and helping us stay present with what’s arising. Together, letting go and breathwork create the conditions for genuine emotional release.

This channel offers reflections and guided practices in a calm, grounded, and non-performative way, with an emphasis on safety, self-trust, and moving at your own pace.
