John Keith Property

Property developer, investor and legally compliant deal packager / property finder.

I cover an area that includes South Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, specialising in sourcing C3 (houses) to become C4 (mini-HMO's) as cash-flowing assets for investors.

I'm an ex-bricklayer / builder trained in the use of Nudura ICF as a modern method of construction.
