Jhream of Shays kidney

Hi my name is Shana and I want to share you this journey I’m about to go on! I will see the hoops and hurdles I have to embark on with dealing with chronic stage 5 kidney disease. I’m a African American 32 year old female living in Chicago Illinois have been on dialysis peritoneal for 3 years now since august of 2019. I’m battling this disease like any other and very strong hearted! I believe I can beat this and I am looking for a donor ! Added to this I have had a huge miracle placed in my life. I’m a kidney patient that had a baby at the age 35 now and my baby girl was born at 30 weeks and 4 days ! She’s very strong and weighs 3 pounds and 5oz currently in the nicu ! She grows everyday and I love her with all my heart 💜 so as I fight for a kidney I fight for my jhream !
