Welcome to my channel! 😘🥰😍 We are family now! 😊 I am currently on a fitness journey and have decided to document it. I went from being an athlete most of my life to suffering a knee injury in college. Fast forward a little over fourteen years later and I am ready to find myself again. I am tired of being a fat and washed up athlete. 😆 I hope I can encourage someone else along the way and I hope you will stay and follow me along on my journey!
