Jess Poteat

Hey, I'm Jess!
I'm a Therapist, Creator, Mom, Wife, and Self-Love Enthusiast, on a mission to create joy while figuring out this whole "balanced life" thing—and helping others do the same.

What started as a channel for one thing quickly became a beautifully chaotic mix of self-care tips, creative projects, great finds, and the occasional real-life moment.

I post content somewhere between low effort and creative genius (depending on the day) and on a schedule that's best described as "when I feel like it." If that sounds like your kind of thing, stick around—I'd love to have you!
