Jelitta The Happy Fit Mom

Hi, I’m Jelitta – The Happy Fit Mom, a mom of four and a postpartum transformation coach.

I help mothers who are struggling with belly fat, low energy, stress, and body changes after delivery to become happy, fit, and confident again — without extreme dieting, painful workouts, or exhausting routines.

Through my simple daily movement, mindset, and lifestyle guidance, I show moms how to take care of their body gently and consistently, even with a busy family life.

If you want to feel strong, young, and confident again after motherhood, you’re in the right place.
