Jeff Davis' Great Life Adventure

Hi, I am Jeff Davis - a 4 time Masters World Champion in wrestling and the creator of the Great Life Adventure. the goal of the Great Life Adventure is to inspire and motivate 1 million people over the next ten years to embrace longevity and a healthier life style through diet, exercise, prayer and meditation.

My story started when I returned to wrestling at 65 after a major heart attack, 100% blockage of the widow Maker, at 63. I wasn't able to return to work for the first 9 months and I was taking 13 medications. I couldn't walk 100 yards and could barely get out of a chair. 14 months after the heart attack I met a doctor who changed my life. I'm now 71 and after 5 yr's on the world stage I retired from competition in 2021.

So join me and I will share thoughts and video's on fitness for seniors, what to eat, what avoid ... hacks to help us extend our healthy lives! Spread the word and join me on a Great Life Adventure ...
