Jean Hogg Art & Film

I’m Jean, and my work starts from a moment of truth, either something seen, heard or felt.

Being dyslexic, I have always tried to find other ways to communicate than through words alone. By focusing on moments that are honest and intimate, which often get overlooked, my projects develop.

I want people to feel and feel connected by seeing something of themselves.

My background is in TV, independent film, community filmmaking and, more recently, social care settings. All these environments have developed my voice.
