Jazzy Cazzie The Docuseries

In 2017, three former players under Coach Cazzie Russell started production on this film. After gathering core interviews, the project sat dormant... UNTIL NOW.

Divided into thematic chapters, the series follows Cazzie’s journey from the South Side of Chicago to the bright lights of Madison Square Garden and beyond. We explore his genesis in basketball, his arrival at the University of Michigan to build his house (The Crisler Center), and his NBA career starting as the #1 overall pick. We learn about Bradley v Russell, Uncle Tom, his faith in Christ, etc.

Join us for an inside look at an old school player who has largely been forgotten. He's a basketball icon, a fierce competitor, and our Coach. We've made this series to simply say thanks to him, and we give glory to God.

Subscribe now to follow the chapters of Cazzie’s legacy during Spring 2026.
