Built to Last (Women 50+) Jan Terkelsen

Strength for women over 50, so you stay strong, capable, and independent. No gym, no equipment. Physical, body-based videos with the mindset to match Strong body, strong mind, built to last.

I'm Jan Terkelsen. I've spent 30 years as a trainer, and at 62 I move my body every single day, whether that's a strength session or an ocean swim that never feels like training at all.

Built to Last is strength for women over 50, so you stay strong, capable, and independent, and feel good and confident in your own skin. No gym. No equipment. No programs built for 25-year-olds.

The videos here are physical and body-based: simple, safe, doable strength and movement you can start today, at home. And because strength is a mindset before it's a muscle, I weave in the resilience and mindset tips that keep you showing up, long after motivation fades.

This channel is for the woman who is still active but feels her body changing, and who is not done living the life she wants.
