I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years in the Invercargill area, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I provide a high-quality, evidence-based service to my clients. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, from athletes who want to improve their performance to grandparents who wish to become more mobile while playing with their grandkids. To ensure that I can provide reliable advice, I have obtained a Diploma in Exercise Science, a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science with an endorsement in human nutrition. Moreover, I believe in practicing what I preach and have achieved several bodybuilding awards, including the NABBA Mr Athletic title for the Southern Regions in 2022 and 2023, as well as the Mr Athletic title for the Christchurch Classic in 2023. Additionally, I have competed internationally in the Ms. & Mr. Universe competition held in Germany.
