The videos on this channel feature the some of the simplest, most effective exercises I’ve used in over 10 years as a personal trainer. They’re designed for your loved ones who need easy-to-follow movements with clear instruction. I’ve organized the channel into 7 different playlists. A great way to start is by taking one exercise from the Glutes playlist and “super setting” (performing back-to-back) with an exercise from the Core playlist. Aim for 10–20 focused repetitions of each exercise, completing 3–5 sets. Mixing and matching these videos will help you stay consistent and make real progress toward your fitness goals.
