Xander | Mental Performance for Online Coaches

Why do capable coaches procrastinate, overthink, avoid being seen and question everything when something goes wrong?

I’m Xander Connabeer, founder of JLX Mental Performance.

This channel explores the psychology behind running a coaching business — why we self-sabotage, chase perfection, fear failure, avoid visibility, struggle with difficult decisions and sometimes become the biggest obstacle to our own performance.

I use coaching, cognitive hypnotherapy and performance psychology to go beneath the behaviour and understand what is actually driving it.

Because knowing what to do isn’t always the problem.

Sometimes the problem is understanding why you’re not doing it.
