Iryna Shemyakina | Therapy, Coaching & Breathwork

Practical conversations for capable people who are used to handling things themselves—but want more than surface-level advice when something isn’t working.

I’m Iryna Shemyakina, an RTT therapist, coach and 9D Breathwork facilitator. My work draws on hypnotherapy, coaching, Compassionate Inquiry and breathwork to address stress, sleep, confidence, habits, relationships and challenging periods of change.

Before retraining, I spent more than 20 years in corporate environments, including Big Four, industry and a family office. That background shapes the way I work today: grounded, structured and comfortable with people who are analytical, capable and used to staying in control.

Sessions are available online, with in-person 9D Breathwork in Cyprus.
