IntiYana

Welcome to my digital journal.

A space where I share my work, experiences, thoughts and everything I’m curious enough to explore.

I talk about healing, consciousness and the human experience, especially the things we don’t always know how to explain.

Expect conversations about ceremonial and plant medicines, Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT), subconscious patterns, spirituality, relationships, personal transformation and probably a few things considered a little too “woo woo” to talk about openly.

With over a decade of experience spanning traditional healing practices, psychology, natural health and spiritual work, I bring together the practical, psychological and often unseen aspects of healing.

I believe what we see on the surface is rarely the whole story.

I’m not here to tell you what to believe. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, ask deeper questions and invite you to explore for yourself with curiosity and discernment.

If you’re curious, you’re in the right place. 🤍
