Inspire Exercise Together

Hey everyone! My name is Jen! I am a Zumba® Fitness instructor with specialty training in Gold, Toning, and Aqua Zumba®. I also teach STRONG Nation™. 
I recently became certified to teach Faith Dance Fitness. A faith based fitness program with explosive dance moves and body weighted toning all to clean and faith based music. 
I spend a decent amount of time creating #original #choreography or adapting choreography for my speciality licenses. I decided to start posting a few in hopes maybe it would help others create their own or say, “hey, I like that, thanks”. It’s very time consuming and we don’t always have the time to develop our own choreography. 
To those who find it difficult to get to a live class, I hope this helps! I’ll do my best to post a variety to give everyone options to get moving! I do hope this inspires you to one day join a live class!
