The Rinck Routine (TRR) is an innovative life and fitness brand centered around healing movement cultivated by fitness guru, Ingrid Rinck. This mom of three is a health and fitness entrepreneur with 25 years of experience and has trained tens of thousands of women worldwide. An award winning master trainer revered for her “no-nonsense” approach to fitness, Ingrid garnered a cult following. At 40 years old, Ingrid came to the realization that intense exercise caused traumatic damage to the body on a cellular level.
