Indigo Dog Club - Saving At-Risk DC Shelter Dogs

Indigo Dog Club is a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing shelter dogs experiencing kennel frustration, who REALLY need help getting out of the shelter. We created the Indigo Dog Club to catch these dogs before their deterioration of behavior and get them out of the shelter by finding potential fosters or adopters. Through this club, we build connections and match potential fosters or adopters to a specific dog -- sharing what makes these dogs special by focusing not only on details about their inner sweet doggie selves that will shine and blossom in a home but also on daily enrichment a foster/adopter would need to provide to set them up for success!
