Welcome. I’m Gail Sonnesyn, founder of Indigo Breath & Wellness, somatic wellness practitioner, functional breathing coach, educator, and author of Soma Finds His Rhythm.

I believe the breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we have for creating meaningful change in how we feel, move, respond, and live.

This channel is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore practices that support greater calm, resilience, awareness, and vitality. My work brings together the science of breathing with somatic awareness and the wisdom of the body. Some practices will help you settle and restore. Others may help you build energy, improve focus, strengthen your breathing patterns, or simply become more present to yourself and your life.
