ADHD Coach

To my fellow Jumpy Brains...

Finding a name to my symptoms started in my mid 30's. A friend of mine told me about ADHD.
It intrigued me... I found people who have the same life as me!
The label given to me by my psychiatrist was ADHD Combined type (Inattentive / Hyperactive)
IT ALL MADE SENSE.

Having spent time understanding my whole life, as much of it as I could remember, one thing stood out. I have always helped people.

I am now in a place where my jumpy brain and ADHD symptoms are managed and I want to save you time in getting your life on track. It requires intention.
I am a single dad to my disabled son Adam. He is my purpose and source of inspiration.

I will help you master your time
Set plans and tasks you will actually achieve
I will lend a listening ear to setbacks, to get you back on track
Enhance your work life, relationships, home life etc.

Sovereignty over your mind and life.
Connect with me and share your story.
