Improve Surfing | Training Academy

One of the key elements of the Improve Surfing methodology is the surf session, where the surfer receives real-time feedback and advice from an experienced professional. Another critical component is surf analysis using videos, which allows the surfer to review and analyze their performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust their technique accordingly. The Improve Surfing methodology also involves video analysis by qualified coaches, who can provide a more detailed and nuanced evaluation of the surfer's performance. To improve their ability to learn and execute maneuvers, Improve Surfing also includes surfskate sessions, which simulate the experience of surfing on land. Additionally, the methodology involves mobility training to help surfers enhance their flexibility and range of motion, which is essential for executing maneuvers and preventing injuries.
