The Central of Milan

The Centrale di Milano is located in the heart of urban Milan. It is the closest tennis court to Piazza Duomo. It was built in 1984, just steps from Porta Romana, next to the former Caimi swimming pool, now the "Bagni Misteriosi," behind the Franco Parenti Theater. Welcoming and functional, a unique option for those who want to play tennis "on the go," it includes a clay court with adjoining facilities for amateur athletes. It offers courses for children and teens aged 5 to 18 (Tennis School and Minitennis), adult courses, individual private lessons, group lessons, and a summer camp. The Centrale di Milano is easily accessible by public transportation from various points of the city, via the Yellow Metro Line (Porta Romana stop), Tram 9 and 16, or Buses 62 and 55. At the Centrale di Milano, games are played outdoors during the warmer seasons, while the rest of the year the court is covered with a heated, pressostatic balloon.
