The techniques I teach, from BaDuanJin (Eight Brocades) QiGong, to YiJinJing, will raise your HRV, help you shift to a parasympathetic state, improve your posture, and reap the cascade of benefits that follow.

My teaching is rooted in Chinese Medicine (MSc CM) and martial arts alike (3rd dan).
