The IYPM Institute provides mentorship to young people with the aim of bridging the gap between employment and schools. We aim at helping the young people to rethink, refocus and to succeed in their different paths in life through providing programs that enrich the goals, shapes the young people; and well-designed life lessons that encourage, motivate, inspire and groom the young people for success in their communities.  The institutes’ aims at creating leaders and impact oriented people for the next generation and to stand as a foundation to meaningful change in the communities where each one come from, through volunteerism, leadership and integrity
