Immigration Outreach Service Center

The Immigration Outreach Service Center (IOSC) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit supporting immigrant families through education, legal guidance, and community programs. Founded in 2000, IOSC offers Saturday tutoring for children, ESOL classes, a women’s computer literacy program, and weekly legal clinics. Through the Second Act Initiative, IOSC also trains retired attorneys to expand immigration legal services.

Rooted in dignity and community, IOSC works to help individuals and families build stable, hopeful futures.
