INCLUSION BIKE - Sport and Mental Health

The project “INCLUSION BIKE, sport and mental health” was born with the idea of ​​supporting the members of the Rincón de Velluters association, supporting their social inclusion through sport, specifically, through cycling.

The main objective is to improve the negative aspects mentioned above to achieve social inclusion and improve the quality of life through sports practice.

The fact that it is an inclusion sports project for people with functional diversity, specifically mental illness, is reason enough to provide social value to this initiative.

Through this channel, we intend to share the routes we take, the exercises we do to improve the technique on the bicycle, in addition to raising awareness among the rest of the population about mental illness in order to eliminate taboos and labels that harm this group so much.
