The Institute for Black Justice relentlessly pursues equity and justice for all.  Black/African descent people are our first priority.  

The Black Robe podcast is the online messenger of the Black/African descent community.  Hosts Carol Mitchell and Anzhane Slaughter share lively, inter-generational dialogue, commentary on current events, provocative interviews with justice system leaders and activists, and timely information about upcoming social justice events and activities. 

Each week, Mitchell and Slaughter advance their case for equity and justice, then clothe themselves in the symbolic “black robe” to deliver verdicts on the region’s anti-racism progress.
