I Am What I Am Ministry

I Am What I Am Ministry equips pastors and church leaders to recognize intimate partner violence (IPV), respond appropriately when abuse is disclosed, and connect congregants with qualified community resources.

This channel provides practical, biblically grounded training to help pastors and churches navigate disclosures of abuse, safety concerns, pastoral boundaries, referral pathways, trauma-informed ministry, and continued pastoral care. Our goal is not to turn pastors into domestic violence professionals, but to help church leaders know what to do, what not to do, and when to involve those who are trained to help.

Through teaching, practical scenarios, and conversations with professionals, I Am What I Am Ministry seeks to strengthen the Church while protecting the vulnerable.

Recognize. Respond. Refer. Restore.

Not defined by trauma. Restored by grace.
