International Academy of Information Studies

The International Academy of Information Studies (IAIS) is an international collegium of leading scholars exploring the foundational nature of information across disciplines. Its Fellows include leading experts in information science, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, bioinformation, physics, philosophy, and related fields.

At the heart of IAIS information appears as a fundamental concept—essential not only to biological & human cognition, but also to the development of artificial intelligence and other transformative technologies. As the world becomes increasingly shaped by digital systems and artificial information flows, the need for conceptual clarity and cross-disciplinary insight has never been greater.

IAIS Dialogues look for a new informational consilience. The Academy seeks coherence in how information is understood and applied, helping overcome the fragmentation of current discourse.
