Get off your chair! It's Sitting Breaks Time!

Take a 2 Minute Movement Break with Me!

Did you know sitting too long can mess with your energy, posture, and even your heart health?
Prolonged sitting is linked to higher risks of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, back pain, and mental fatigue. Taking sitting breaks helps combat these risks by offering several key benefits!

The recommendation is to break up sitting with 2-3 minutes of movement every 60 mins, but don’t stress if that feels too much.

Start small: try 2 minutes of squats, lunges, or dancing just twice a day and work your way up to 8 breaks a day!

Your muscles will thank you, your blood will flow better, and your brain will get a boost!

🎥 Here I will offer you a list of 2 minute movement that you can do anytime and feel free to mix and match!
