향유이야기

Where the gentle fragrance of kind and warm love softly flows, 香流

Nestled at the foot of Mt. Mani on serene Ganghwa Island, Hyangyoo Galbi (향류 갈비) is more than a restaurant, it's a warm embrace of home.
Our signature dish follows a treasured 40-year-old recipe for Pocheon Idong Galbi, seasoning premium meat with 100% pure sea salt for a clean, rich flavor that melts in your mouth. Paired with harmonious, house-made banchan, every bite carries the true essence of Korean barbecue.
Hyangyoo means 'flowing fragrance', the gentle scent of hometown love and tradition. Here, in our restored 70-year-old hanok, you'll find not just exceptional food, but a peaceful space to slow down, share a table, and feel like family.
Welcome home. ❤️
