Individual Therapy & EMDR Intensives in VT, MA and FL

Whether you’re a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or coach looking to elevate your team’s mental game, this space is about building a mind that supports your talent instead of sabotaging it.

This channel is dedicated to helping athletes train the most important muscle in their sport. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as a powerful form of mental training, we help you unlock mental clarity, unshakable confidence, and true freedom under pressure.

Most athletes train their bodies & focus on strength and reps, but when the pressure hits, it’s not your body that breaks down. It’s the 6 inches between your ears.

EMDR helps move what your brain knows with what your body has learned. We apply it as high-performance mental conditioning to clear mental noise, resolve performance anxiety, release past mistakes, and rewire limiting beliefs so your nervous system stays regulated when the stakes are high.
