As a Brooklyn native, Humberto Lopes has bought, developed & managed commercial, industrial, & residential properties throughout New York & Florida for 40+ years. H.L. has always been determined to leave his mark in both the Development & Real Estate industry from a very young age working as a handyman. After success in construction & starting his own business, he was able to purchase his first property in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York at the age of 19.
