We are the Houston Mayor's Youth Council's Mental Health Committee! In order to support Houston youth's mental well-being and success, we work together to reduce stigma around the topic of mental health and generate awareness. One of our initiatives is our podcast, Time to Paws. This podcast involves meaningful conversations and advice relating to mental health.
