House 404

Welcome to House 404—four friends, one rental, and absolutely no common sense.

Meet Jake, Maya, Leo, and Ben in Maplewood, USA, where splitting bills, borrowing a motorcycle, parking disputes, and quick grocery runs become neighborhood disasters. And then there’s Kitty, their fluffy orange Persian cat, who runs the house without paying rent.

Watch original 3D animated comedy Shorts packed with relatable roommate moments, slice-of-life adventures, and everyday American neighborhood chaos. Sunny, their yellow hatchback, and Bolt, their teal motorcycle, are usually caught in the middle.

Four friends. One cat. Full-time chaos.
