Hope Centered Wellness Group has trauma-informed counselors and a massage therapist that have adopted a holistic approach that supports clients with their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. 

The practice believes in a strengths based leadership style. This means that we hire diverse staff to come together from different perspectives and experiences to provide the best care possible. 

Our therapist’s come from an evidence based approach using EMDR, CBT, Experiential and supplement their style with ego state parts work, sand tray, and other effective methods of mental health counseling. 

Our staff are highly trained in developing a therapeutic relationship with their clients to help model for them appropriate boundaries, compassion, directly expressing feelings, emotional support, empathy, and validating with a listening ear.
