I’m a 32-year-old female currently weighing 86.4 kg, and I’ve decided to document my journey to become healthier and more disciplined. My target tonto get to 62 kgs.

We usually know what to do — eat better, move more, stay consistent — but actually doing it every day is the hard part.

This is my anonymous daily weight-loss diary, documenting what I do each day — the good days, the bad days, and everything in between.

No pretending.
