Home Goals with Seth

Welcome to Home Goals with Seth. I’m Seth Lester, a Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer with West Capital Lending, Inc.

This channel provides straightforward answers about buying a home, refinancing, home equity, mortgage qualification, credit, down payments, interest rates, and loan programs—without the sales pitch.

I also offer second opinions for buyers who were previously told they didn’t qualify. Sometimes the answer is still “not yet,” but I’ll help you understand why and what your next steps could be.

Licensed in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, ID, IA, KS, KY, ME, MO, ND, OH, SD, TX, VA, and WY.
