Holon & Co.

Holon & Co. is a people strategy firm for growing companies. We help founders and leaders of small and midsize businesses build the people practices their stage actually needs, so growth doesn't break the team.

On this channel: practical HR and people strategy for companies of 10 to 500 employees. What to build at your stage, and what not to. How to find the real cause of a people problem before paying for a fix. How to develop managers, set up performance and pay, and keep your culture as you grow, without copying a big company's playbook.

Subscribe if you're a founder, operator or first people leader doing this work without a full HR team.

Work with us: People Health Check, People Strategy Sprint and Fractional Head of People.
