Holly the Historian

Hi, I’m Holly — a historian, curriculum developer, and lifelong student of the past. I hold a BA and MA in History and am currently completing a second MA in Public History with a concentration in Archives Management.

This channel is where I talk history in all its forms: historiography, archives and public history work, teaching history well (to kids and adults alike), and the stories that don’t always make it into the textbook. Many of you know me from the Homeschool Historian, where I’ve spent years building history curriculum for homeschool families — that work is still very much part of who I am, and you’ll see it here too, alongside broader conversations for anyone who loves history.
