Holism & the whole picture

I'm trained as a naturopath and focussed in nutritional therapy. I'm also a mum, a Buddhist, a Londoner, a graphic designer, an immigrant, a polyglot and a person of mixed race heritage. All of these parts contribute to the whole lens through which I see the world.  

I love simple truths. I work at finding gentler kinder ways to live, work, consume, and connect with the land. 

This podcast is an opportunity to explore certain cross sections in subject matter. Discuss and align through dialogue. Finding common ground and solutions to inspire, advance, take action and generate hope.
