Together with the media platform Delta Dunării News (www.deltadunariinews.ro) which belongs to the "La Portile Deltai" Foundation, Hoinar pir Delta is a project with the declared objective of contributing to the preservation and promotion of the unique area outlined by the Danube Delta.  
The last 70 years have left their mark on the Delta, contributing to its decline both through bankrupt public policies and through people's behavior in relation to this fragile place.
So, we invite you to learn together about the life of the inhabitants here together with their problems and hopes, but also to admire the incomparable beauties offered by nature, found in this land in all its splendor!
Because we also place ourselves in the sphere of a manifestation with a good dose of art, exaggeration, irony and pamphlet will outline our subjects, thus trying to show the hidden and twisted hiding places of the area's interests.
