Drawing heavily from her life experiences and the challenges she's faced as an outsider, BRID started writing songs at the tender age of twelve as a way to cope with the bullying she faced at school. Her music explores the themes of self-love, independence, alienation, anxiety, relationships, growth, and hopefulness. Backed by punchy drums and polished melodies, BRID brings a unique Jazz and R&B twist to her music combined with soulful vocals. With a unique take on the world around her, BRID brings a new perspective to the world of modern music. She is currently working on two projects.
